I am a fully qualified, highly experienced hypnotherapist in Kentish Town, Camden Town, Gospel Oak and online, dedicated to creating a relaxed space for you to recover and make healthier choices. Through the use of hypnosis, we will target specific problems in your life that you want to address – sleeping problems, unhealthy habits, phobias, etc. – and move past them in a healthy, comprehensive way.
Sessions can be done at my private practice or over Zoom from the comfort of your own home. It’s completely up to you. You will be amazed at how unburdened and less stressed you feel after just one session!

How Does Hypnotherapy Work?
Hypnotherapy is a form of healing that involves putting you in a trance state, where you permit me to address your subconscious mind. Each session is, of course, adapted to the specific goals you want to achieve. I will start by making sure you are comfortable, ahead of guiding you into a state of pure relaxation – somewhere in between is not asleep and not fully awake – through a range of techniques, such as storytelling, metaphors, and symbolism, or whatever is meaningful to you.
I use a 10-step process to help you fully let yourself go, with an emphasis on bringing you to a place where you feel safe. You are in complete control of this process and if you feel uncomfortable, you can stop me at any time.
Once you are in this relaxed state, with your breathing nice and steady, I will provide several empowering messages and make a series of direct suggestions that are relevant to change your limiting beliefs that do not allow you to move forward in life.
